  1. ​Course Enrollment: Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment or receipt of official confirmation from Center for Advanced Instructional Design (CAID).

  2. Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course.

  3. Intellectual Property: All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Center for Advanced Instructional Design (CAID) and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

  4. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Center for Advanced Instructional Design (CAID) reserves the right to discontinue participation in case of misconduct.

  5. Course Modifications: Center for Advanced Instructional Design (CAID) may update course schedules, instructors, or content. Participants will be informed of significant changes in advance.

  6. Limitation of Liability: Center for Advanced Instructional Design (CAID) is not liable for any personal, technical, or financial loss incurred during participation.

  7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.
