Refund Policy

​Refund Eligibility: Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before course commencement.​​

Non-Refundable Fees: Registration and processing fees are non-refundable.

No Refund After Course Start: No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

Partial Refunds: Eligible refunds (before course start) may be subject to deductions based on course materials accessed, typically ranging from 50% to 70%.

Course Cancellation by Center for Advanced Instructional Design (CAID): If a course is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original mode of payment.
